Born in Havana, Cuba, Judge Curtin completed her education at Rutgers University and the Rutgers University School of Law before obtaining her Master of Laws from Georgetown University Law Center. She is a dedicated member of the Harford County Bar Association, the Women’s Bar Association, and the Maryland Hispanic Bar Association.
